
The Wellness Campus will pioneer a new model of care, co-locating the following integrated programs serving unhoused people in Alameda County.
Medical Respite Center
The 50-bed Medical Respite Center will provide recuperative care stays with onsite medical and behavioral health care for an estimated 400 unhoused Alameda County residents yearly.
Permanent Supportive Housing
The 100 housing studios will enable unhoused Alameda County residents 55 years and older to gain housing stability and successfully age in community.
Health Care Center
LifeLong Medical Care’s Health Care Center will provide integrated medical and behavioral health services.
Resource Center
The Resource Center will provide homelessness prevention services, case management, and housing placement assistance for an estimated 200 City of Alameda residents annually .
